Operator and regions

International services are provided by ANATEM INCORPORATED, at 19192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States; it is responsible for the associated personal-information processing. The operator identified for any separately launched mainland China services is 元石数据科技（苏州）有限公司, at 中国江苏省苏州市南京大学苏州创新研究院智能软件基地215室 (Room 215, Intelligent Software Base, Nanjing University Suzhou Innovation Research Institute, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China). The English address rendering is for reference. The applicable service or order identifies the responsible legal entity; language selection does not change it or create a joint-controller arrangement.

Moment is the product name. Moment provides account-based product features alongside public product information, legal documents and contact/request instructions. Feature availability depends on the service configuration, your permissions, applicable regional restrictions and any feature-specific terms. Describing a feature does not guarantee its availability in every region. Reading legal documents or submitting a support or rights request does not require an account. The broader regional notices do not establish availability or a regulatory license.

English is the initial legal-page language on the landing site. Product legal pages use Cloudflare's IP-derived country to default to Chinese for mainland China (CN) and English elsewhere, including Hong Kong (HK), Macao (MO) and Taiwan (TW), with English when location is unknown. Both editions can be opened manually. This is a display rule, not a residence check, contract assignment, transfer consent or financial access rule.

Contact and requests

General support, order complaints, privacy requests, account-closure requests and content reports can be sent to service-moment@metana.ai. Use a relevant subject and necessary identifiers. Do not send passwords, login codes, complete card details, private keys or recovery phrases. The full product includes an authenticated support form, which is not open in this public release. The email route does not require an account. For imminent danger, use the appropriate local emergency service.

Commercial and regional information

For a paid offering, the offer and order must identify the legal seller, what is supplied, total price and applicable charges, payment and fulfillment timing, cancellation/return conditions and complaint contact. This general page does not replace offering-specific disclosures. Moment's customer-facing responsibility for Moment-issued tickets is described in the Terms.

Applicable Japanese mail-order offers require seller and return disclosures under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, including relevant name, address, telephone, responsible representative, charges, payment, fulfillment and cancellation information. Taiwan distance-sale rights and exceptions, US ticket-price rules, Singapore fair-trading rules and Hong Kong/Macao requirements apply separately to relevant transactions.

Mainland China services are subject to their applicable business-registration, website/APP filing, permit, data, content, AI and payment requirements. The presence of a login route or an overseas provider does not establish permission for those services. A payment account or store listing is not a financial license.

Intellectual property and service scope

Brand, code, artwork, fonts, third-party services and user content have different owners and license terms. Ownership of a keepsake or NFT does not automatically grant copyright, publicity or merchandising rights. Specific asset permissions depend on the actual license, and third-party notices remain applicable.

Product descriptions and white papers explain the product; they are not a securities offering, guaranteed return, donation deduction or authority to operate a regulated service. Moment does not provide onchain, cryptocurrency or related tokenization services in mainland China, including NFT issuance/trading/custody, USDC settlement/withdrawals, onchain wallet services and related transaction display or referrals. These features and creator funding/payouts elsewhere remain subject to the service configuration, eligibility and applicable regional rules.
