Moment Terms of Service

Version: 2026-10-19.en.3. Last updated: 19 October 2026.

1. Who provides Moment and where these terms apply

Moment provides account-based product features alongside public product information, legal documents and contact/request instructions. Feature availability depends on the service configuration, your permissions, applicable regional restrictions and any feature-specific terms. Describing a feature does not guarantee its availability in every region. Reading legal documents or submitting a support or rights request does not require an account.

This English edition addresses international services in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The Chinese edition addresses mainland China. Viewing an edition does not change your contracting party, residence, mandatory legal protections or eligibility. Regional protections apply where the transaction and law require them.

International services are provided by ANATEM INCORPORATED, at 19192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States; it is responsible for the associated personal-information processing. The operator identified for any separately launched mainland China services is 元石数据科技(苏州)有限公司, at 中国江苏省苏州市南京大学苏州创新研究院智能软件基地215室 (Room 215, Intelligent Software Base, Nanjing University Suzhou Innovation Research Institute, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China). The English address rendering is for reference. The applicable service or order identifies the responsible legal entity; language selection does not change it or create a joint-controller arrangement.

Operator and contact details are also available in Legal information.

The public information website can load configured analytics and third-party video players. Their information processing is described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy; accepting these Terms does not replace a separate choice or consent required by law.

2. Acceptance, accounts and eligibility

Review the terms applicable to registration, a purchase or a creator agreement before accepting. Reading a website or receiving a language default is not acceptance of a purchase, custody mandate, separate privacy consent or future amendment. The Privacy Policy explains processing and is not blanket consent.

You must be at least 18 and have applicable legal capacity to use an account. There is no minor or guardian-account route. You must meet any applicable account and feature eligibility requirements; browsing, language selection or general acceptance does not override regional restrictions. Acting for an organization or another person also requires authority.

Keep account details accurate, protect credentials and contact support about suspected unauthorized access. Do not use another person's identity or evade a lawful restriction. You are responsible for actions you authorize; this does not automatically make you liable for every unauthorized transaction.

3. Community and your content

Follow the Community Standards. Do not exploit children, threaten or harass people, post unlawful or nonconsensual intimate content, impersonate others, infringe rights, defraud users, manipulate markets, distribute malicious software or bypass security and regional restrictions.

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant Moment a non-exclusive permission, limited to operating the requested service, to host, reproduce, format, display and transmit that content to its intended audience and to providers performing those functions. Public visibility depends on the feature and your action. This does not transfer copyright or grant an unrelated advertising or general-purpose AI-training license. The permission ends when the content is removed from service, subject to limited lawful retention and copies already delivered to others.

You must have necessary rights and permissions for your content, including other people's information and likenesses. Owning a keepsake or NFT does not transfer copyright, publicity rights or commercial-use rights unless the specific asset terms expressly grant them. Third-party software, artwork and trademarks remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Agent and automated assistance

Moment uses DeepSeek for enabled model-assisted features. Agent suggestions and drafts are initiated by the user; they do not by themselves authorize payment, publication, contracting or asset disposal. Any delegated action needs specific authorization. AI outputs and matches can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; check participants, schedules, prices, eligibility, safety and rights. A proposal is not a confirmed event, contract, payment, professional opinion or guaranteed result.

Do not submit another person's information without a lawful basis or include passwords, identity documents or wallet secrets in prompts. Relevant prompts and context are sent to the model service as described in the Privacy Policy. Report harmful outputs through the contact in section 11. Availability of Agent features remains subject to applicable local requirements.

5. Purchases, prices and payment routes

The offer and checkout must identify what you receive, the seller/issuer, currency, total payable amount, applicable fees, taxes and delivery charges, fulfillment and cancellation/refund conditions before payment. Where required, advertised totals include mandatory charges. Do not purchase an offering whose material terms are incomplete.

The system supports Stripe checkout for tickets and enabled non-NFT digital keepsakes. Permitted NFT purchases and offers can use OpenSea/onchain routes. There is no automatic conversion of NFT proceeds to fiat and transfer through Stripe. Mobile digital purchases depend on the actual product and storefront payment rules; a feature description does not authorize an external-payment bypass.

Your order's specific terms govern the offering, subject to mandatory law. These general terms do not create a paid subscription or automatic renewal. Any recurring offering requires its own price, period, renewal, cancellation and acceptance terms.

6. Tickets, keepsakes and refunds

For Moment-issued tickets, Moment is the customer-facing seller, merchant of record and ticket issuer. The organizer operates the event and honors admission; its revenue share is a separate obligation between Moment and the organizer. Referral to an organizer does not remove Moment's seller responsibilities. The applicable legal seller must be identified in the offer and order.

The event/item terms must explain the date, place, admission, transferability, relevant age/access requirements, delivery or redemption, expiry, cancellation and treatment of a cancelled, postponed or materially changed event. A keepsake is not an admission ticket or physical product unless its description says so. Physical items need their own delivery and return details.

For cancellation, non-delivery, a defect, unauthorized payment or a refund request, contact service-moment@metana.ai with the order identifier. An order-specific voluntary refund policy cannot remove mandatory remedies. There is no general “all sales final” rule or assumption that every digital item, ticket or NFT loses cancellation rights. Refund approval and receipt of funds are separate stages; applicable law and the payment method affect timing.

7. Creators, support and payouts

Organizer, creator, marketplace and funding arrangements require their own accepted agreement specifying deliverables, eligibility, fees, allocation, reserves, refunds, recovery and settlement. “Support”, “Foundation” or “funding” does not automatically mean a charitable donation, tax deduction, investment or guaranteed return. Promised rewards and commercial participation must be described accurately.

An accrual, an approved payable, a transfer to a Stripe account and a bank payout are different stages. Availability depends on the recipient, verification, country, currency and supported corridor, and can differ from buyer availability. Availability of the app in Japan does not promise Japanese creator payouts. A hold must remain subject to applicable law and a resolution path; suspension does not automatically forfeit a balance.

8. Custody, NFTs and USDC, if separately enabled

Moment controls the signer for custodial NFT inventory and receives supported sale proceeds into custody. An internal allocation or transfer can change the beneficiary without moving the NFT to an external wallet. This is different from a purely self-custodial display service.

Supported marketplace settlement uses Base USDC. The proceeds form liabilities held in Moment custody and can be withdrawn through the supported workflow to your explicitly linked external wallet with a specific address-control signature. There is no automatic conversion to fiat or Stripe transfer. Connecting a wallet does not move assets or authorize every later transaction.

Review the asset, amount, network, destination and fees before authorization. A request or transaction hash does not prove final settlement. Blockchain execution can be irreversible, without removing legal remedies against a responsible party. Risks include custody loss, compromised credentials, software/contract failures, outages, chain disruption, token restrictions, depegging and loss of liquidity or value. No deposit insurance, asset segregation, redemption at par, yield or resale market is promised.

These functions are subject to the service configuration, applicable permissions, eligibility, regional restrictions and separate transaction terms. Moment does not provide any onchain, cryptocurrency or related tokenization services in mainland China. This includes NFT/token issuance, trading, custody, settlement, withdrawals, onchain wallet services and related transaction display or referral services. Language selection, an overseas entity or an external link does not create an exception. Legal notices and assistance with existing rights are not an offer of these services.

9. Changes, suspension and closing an account

Moment may restrict an action where reasonably necessary for safety, suspected abuse, reconciliation, maintenance or a legal obligation. Where lawful and practicable, the restriction should have a reason, scope and review route. Applicable cancellation, refunds, asset recovery and outstanding obligations remain; a security hold does not permit indefinite retention of property.

See Account deletion and data requests. User self-service deletion and a complete data-erasure workflow are currently unavailable; requests for manual handling can be submitted through the published contact. Uninstalling, logging out or releasing a login identity does not itself erase data or resolve an order or asset.

This version applies to acceptances from publication. Changes to an existing agreement require appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where applicable. An update cannot retroactively rewrite a completed order or waive accrued rights.

10. Service limitations and responsibility

Availability, outputs and third-party systems can be interrupted or contain errors. Check event and transaction information. Moment remains responsible for obligations imposed on it by law, including its own seller, privacy, security and custody responsibilities where applicable; naming a provider does not transfer all responsibility to it.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury and mandatory consumer remedies. These terms do not impose a contractual monetary liability cap or a general consumer indemnity. Applicable law determines responsibility and available remedies.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact service-moment@metana.ai with the relevant order, content or case identifier and remedy requested. Do not disclose payment secrets or wallet keys. You may use applicable courts, regulators and consumer remedies; contacting support does not waive rights or require waiting beyond a statutory deadline.

Applicable conflict-of-laws and jurisdiction rules determine the governing law and competent forum, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign venue.

12. Regional consumer protections and language

United States state consumer and ticket rules can add remedies and price disclosures. Japanese mail-order sales require applicable seller and return information; online sales do not have one universal cooling-off rule. Singapore prohibits unfair practices and misleading prices. Hong Kong and Macao have their own consumer and contract requirements. Taiwan distance transactions can carry statutory withdrawal rights, subject to properly applicable exceptions and disclosures; a generic digital/NFT label is not an exception. Mainland services are subject to their own operator, consumer, data and service-scope requirements.

Both language editions are available. Mandatory local law and required language protections take priority over inconsistent wording. Selecting English does not waive local rights, and selecting Chinese does not change the contracting party or enable a restricted function.
